We request that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but the length of treatment may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled treatments of other clients. Full price of scheduled treatments will apply, so please plan accordingly.

You will also be asked to complete an online consent form prior to your treatment, so your therapist can better tailor your treatment to your needs. Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking e.g., high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date with any fluctuations that may arise but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking a treatment

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment packages that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other treatments of equal value. Packages are also non-transferrable to another client.

Specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers or promotions.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and request that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service before they can book with us again.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your treatment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

If you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products.

During your visit, please be mindful of the other clients who are having treatments. We request that you please silence, or preferably switch off your phone to respect other clients. Kindly note that any inappropriate behaviour and any indecent exposure will not be tolerated.

Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. Skin & Body Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Skin & Body Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate any treatment due to inappropriate behaviour of a client.

Please note that Skin & Body Aesthetics is a cashless business and only credit/debit cards will be accepted as a payment method.

We kindly ask that clients reschedule their appointment if they experience any symptoms of Covid-19 or other illnesses that might put other clients or the therapists at risk.
